Before you come
What to wear.
Trainers or hiking shoes. No sandals.
Something you can stretch in. It can get dusty.
And leave scarves and jewellery in the locker.
Bring your own or borrow ours for free.

Safety
Always clipped in.
Our smart-belay carabiners talk to each other: one can only open when the other is closed. The courses are built and inspected to the European standard EN 15567, and the crew checks every harness before you go up.
Meet the crewQuestions
Good to know.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Everyone does the 10-minute briefing and practises on the low training line first. Start on Blue and work your way up.
What if I'm scared of heights?
Lots of our climbers are. You can step off at any platform, and the crew can bring you down from anywhere on the course.
What happens if it rains?
We climb in light rain, the forest keeps most of it off. In thunder or storms we close the courses and you can rebook for free.
Can parents stay on the ground?
Yes. The Green course has a forest path alongside it, and under 14s on the Blue course need an adult with them on the course.
Do I have to book?
We recommend it, especially at weekends and in summer. Walk-ins are welcome when there's space.
How long should we plan for?
Three hours on the courses plus about 30 minutes for gear and the briefing. Kids under 8: about two hours in total.
